Splitz Dance Academy students took to the stage at Rye College last Sunday to entertain a packed audience with their annual showcase and awards evening.
Students aged two and a half upwards took part in the show and exam work incorporating styles such as tap, ballet modern and musical theatre which allowed for some crowd pleasing Grease and Frozen numbers.
The three main awards this year were presented to Chloe Balcomb who gained the Star in the Making award, Mae Barker who won Most Improved Dancer and Coco Godden who was awarded Dancer of the Year.
Principal Stacey Caister said: “I couldn’t be prouder of the students. They all worked so hard to present their work in such a professional way. The school is at a very exciting time with class expansion and students starting at 12 months. I would like to invite all new students to join us in the New Year.” Please contact Stacey on 07812 452 153 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
