Since when has a small overcharge become worthy of the third most prominent story of a single issue? Is this some sort of payback for Jempson’s failure to advertise with you? I can’t imagine any other reason for including it.
I have shopped there for many years and always check my receipts. I have never found an error although a few would be entirely excusable considering their volume. Unless you have proof of systematic or regular overcharging you owe Jempsons and your readership an apology.
