Letter: Appeal to help find lost earring
Would you be kind enough to allow me space to ask if anyone picked up an earring which must have fallen off in Rye somewhere in the late afternoon of Thursday, February 22?
It is enamelled (Indian), in the design of a flowerhead in several shades of blue: sadly, this pair was one of my favourites – isn’t that always the way!
I realise there is only a very slim chance that it will turn up, but it would be marvellous if it did.
