I was very sad about the Labour MP; that must be the worst kind of violence for any referendum in the UK.
MPs are always in the spotlight whether it be for allowances, sexual happenings or even outspoken on a controversial matter but to resort to taking a life, for what was her principle, is shameful.
I doubt that this event will deter anyone from standing for public office as such persons are usually highly principled and put their political concerns above any fear for their lives.
