May I correct your report on three points regarding the story printed on Friday, October 2, ie Partnership with ARRCC.
Neither ARRCC or the community volunteers own the shop.
Any profit that was made is shared entirely after the rent, utilities etc have been paid.
Since the shop opened a total of £40,000 approximately has been made in profit.
ARRCC share being 50 per cent.
The 50 per cent remaining is donated to local causes by the shop’s committee alone.
