Bexhill gunning for victory

BEXHILL know nothing less than a win will do against Roffey on Saturday July 20, in their push for promotion from Division Two of the Sussex Cricket League.

Last weekend's draw away to local rivals Sidley kept Bexhill in fourth position - 27 points adrift of the second promotion place.

Captain Sam Roberts said: "If we are going to push for promotion we need to win two of the next three games, starting on Saturday. We expect to get as many points as possible against Roffey."

Bexhill have no injury worries and field an unchanged side.

Sidley are without a league match this weekend but travel to north London to play Mill Hill Village in the Bertie Joel Cup on Sunday.
