Rising cricket star Harry Finch has made his debut in the NatWest T20 Blast.
The Hastings Priory Cricket Club talent batted at number three for Sussex in their 35-run victory away to Kent at Canterbury yesterday (Friday) evening.
Finch scored 22 off 28 balls with one boundary as Sussex posted 149-8 batting first. He later held a catch in the field as Sussex bowled Kent out for 114 in 18.4 overs to secure their third T20 win of the season.
Having represented England at the ICC U19 World Cup during the winter, Finch has spent most of the summer so far in the Sussex second XI but did feature for the front side in a T20 clash against the Sri Lankans at Hove last month.
The 19-year-old, who made his first class debut for Sussex against Durham towards the end of last season, fashioned a magnificent unbeaten 168 for Priory in their Sussex Premier League game at home to Three Bridges a fortnight ago.
