With the grassroots game permitted to resume after the easing of coronavirus restrictions, many players are gearing up for their first matches since December.

The East Sussex Football League campaign has been curtailed and declared null and void, but an end-of-season tournament has been created to provide some welcome playing opportunities after months of inactivity brought on by the pandemic.
