Fusion fan the flames on the netball court

Despite the best efforts of Sue Cooper and Caroline Eames, Fusion’s GS was invincible and the quality of their attackers left Flames struggling to find a rhythm.

There were moments of good play from Fishbourne and Laura Maddicks and Catherine Hutchin did well to hold their positions in their D, scoring from all points.

The third quarter provided an opportunity to narrow the gap with Julie Harding a commanding presence as centre.

But Fusion were able to up their pace in the final quarter with an end result that was less than flattering to Flames.
