Harness club to go on pleasure drive in park

SOUTH Downs Harness Club is holding a members' pleasure drive at Parham Park near Storrington on Sunday, June 1.

It starts at 2pm with a parade of vehicles in Parham Park and there will be a prize for the best traditional and non-traditional vehicles.

The 'turnouts' will then go on a drive through Parham Park and on surrounding local roads.

After returning to the park, a commemorative rosette celebrating the club's 30th anniversary will be presented to all the participants.
