Hurstpierpoint Bowls Club held their annual Charity Day
Hurstpierpoint held their annual Charity Day on Sunday with the ever-popular Brockes Drawn Triples.
The event named in memory of Dick Brockes.
The event attracted a good entry and the Hurst bowlers were in action from mid-morning until late afternoon.
The winners and runner-up were not decided until the very last end when Dave Burrows rink failed to win their final match and lost out on shots difference to Captain Dave Welsh’s triple with both triples finishing on 32 point apiece. Doreen Brockes presented cups.
