Winners saluted at party
Goodwood Pony Club held its annual party and prizegiving in Chichester. There was a good turnout of club members and many thanks were given to the Duchess of Richmond for presenting the prizes and Francis Whittington for being guest speaker.
Jac Shore, district commissioner, opened the event and thanked Emma May for all her help with the pony club rallies. Emma is moving to Windsor to obtain further equine qualifications. Jac Shore also thanked Barbara Gardner, who is retiring this year, for all her help with club finances.
The party also marked the retirement of Jac Shore as GWPC district commissioner and a gift was presented to her on behalf of the club.
