Ben Hunter, 24, of Rope Walk, Rye, starred in Undressed on Wednesday night (October 19), which aired on the TLC channel at 10pm.

The show, which started last week, gets singletons to strip to their underwear and spend half an hour in bed to see if it is possible to fall in love with a stranger.

Its premise is to explore attraction among strangers and tests what happens when people are placed in such an intimate situation.

Ben said: “It was a fantastic experience and I’m glad I went on the show.

“I was going through a life change and was on the cusp of new beginnings, cutting all the bad things out of my life.

“I recently have been facing anxiety issues and going on the show was a way of confronting them, like pushing me out of my comfort zone.

“The show’s team were fun and really relaxing. I would recommend others go on the show.”

On Undressed, Ben, who works for betting company William Hill, met Jasmin, from Brighton.

He said: “The show prompts you to do things so we gave each other a massage and I had to had to hug it out with Jasmin for a minute. Doing it in a studio was a bit daunting.

“Jasmin and I got on very well as we just clicked with each other. We started singing songs from The Lion King. We got on with each other really well, as if I’d known her for a long time. We also keep in contact with each other as friends.”
