UPDATE: Biker '˜seriously injured' after Dallington car crash

A biker suffered serious injuries after a crash involving a car and a motorcycle near Dallington this afternoon (Monday, October 3), police said.

Emergency services were called to the crash on the B2096 Battle Road between Woods Corner and Darwell Hole at around 2.55pm.

The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and received emergency CPR at the scene, according to a police spokesman.

The road was closed between Woods Corner and Darwell Hole and was expected to remain shut for at least three hours.
