Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman suffered serious injuries yesterday in a collision in Lancing.
Officers say the incident happenedat at 10.54am yesterday (Thursday August 20) in North Farm Road and involved a pedestrian and a blue Nissan Qashqai.
A police spokesman said: “The pedestrian, an 85-year-old local woman, suffered a serious head injury and she was taken to hospital, where she remains in a critical condition.
“If anyone witnessed the collision or has any dash cam footage please report this to police via email quoting Operation Layer.”
