A21 closed after '˜two car crash'

A crash involving two cars on the A21 is causing delays with the road closed this morning (Tuesday, March 8).

Two East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliances from Battle are currently in attendance after being called at around 8.40am.

Two vehicles are involved in the incident with reports of one person trapped and good progress is being made by crews, according to a spokesman.

There is very slow traffic due to the closure between the A2100 for Battle and the B2089 for Cripps Corner, according to BBC Travel.
