Our service is not getting better

It is nice to be told by the company responsible that their service is improving.

Having had only one collection in five weeks due to the changeover, 14 houses in Senlac Gardens have now been missed for recycling collection at the end on June.

Where are we supposed to store our recycling in the meantime and when will we get a collection?

There is now no facility for adding bags if our bin is full as they will not be taken, according to the council’s paperwork.

“We will arrange a collection as soon as possible” is not a satisfactory answer from the council office.
